Total cost
The current fixed-plan model is intentionally simple. Usage charges and provider costs stay separate and visible.
The listed monthly price covers the selected Flexboox workspace plan. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Free includes 20 new bookings per UTC calendar month. Every paid plan removes that monthly booking cap.
Payment-processing fees are charged under the connected Stripe or Mollie account. The current fixed-plan model does not add a Flexboox percentage fee to booking payments.
SMS capability is available on Growth and Scale. Message volume uses prepaid credits and is billed separately; it is not described as unlimited.
Limits and billing

Review cancellation and data controlsEach newly created booking counts in the UTC calendar month when it is created. Cancelled or deleted bookings still count, so the 20-booking allowance cannot be reused.
New public, owner-created, recurring, API, waitlist-promotion, and paid bookings stop before they are inserted. Existing bookings, history, cancellation, and rescheduling remain available. The allowance resets on the first day of the next UTC month.
14 days are included on an eligible first paid checkout. Changing between paid plans does not create another trial.
Paid upgrades start when checkout succeeds. Downgrades and cancellation apply at the next renewal. A 7-day payment-recovery window protects paid access, and falling back to Free does not delete workspace data.
